Walden Barnett is a devising artist and theater maker based out of Seattle, WA. His work and interests intersect on collaborative generative movement, American folk music traditions, and DIY ethos. Walden trained in devised theatre and creative practice with the David Glass Ensemble and JEUDi in Athens, Greece.

Walden and his collaborators collectively produce as Don't Panic Panic, a form-flexible performance project that most recently created Phoenix, Firefly, and the Endless Highway. Walden's original music project, Optimistic Apocalyptic, combines poetic body horror with surreal memoir.
